Knowledge is power. At The Lawless Group training is an integral part of our business. We strive to enable our sales staff to be a powerful force in the geography we serve. 
We are also committed to helping our manufacturers and distributors reach their sales objectives through product training and demonstrations. Several tactics are used in our training process.
TRAINING FACILITIES
The Lawless Group has constructed training rooms in Dallas and Houston to facilitate the process. The walls are lined with our manufacturers' products in a classroom environment. Regular meetings are held to explain features and benefits and to develop the selling expertise of our employees. The Lawless Group also hosts meetings run by our manufacturers to benefit our distributors and their customers.
CONFERENCE CENTER
Our "Pine Star" facility located near Tyler in East Texas is a premier off-site training destination used by The Lawless Group to host manufacturers, distributors and end users. Located in rural surroundings, the farm has accommodations for up to 30 people in a relaxed, distraction-free environment. The conference center can be set up classroom-style or open seating, depending upon the needs of the meeting. The grounds offer many ammenities for after-meeting entertainment at the end of a long day of training. The Lawless Group provides hands-on training on the products we represent to sales people and customers alike.
